Evidence-informed planning for safe, efficient and species-appropriate veterinary environments.
Currently Operational — Project Enquiries Welcome
Our Veterinary Clinic and Hospital Design & Consultancy division is currently operational. We welcome enquiries concerning the planning, design, implementation, equipping, commissioning and lifecycle support of equine and canine veterinary hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation centres.
This operational status applies exclusively to professional consultancy services. The Alpha Canids and Equids clinical facilities in Montreal and Vasco, Goa remain under renovation and are not yet open to patients.
Our Montreal and Vasco, Goa clinical facilities remain under renovation and are not presently receiving patients. This page describes professional facility-development and equipment-lifecycle consultancy. Consultancy enquiries do not create clinical appointments, emergency care or referrals.
Overview

Global Equipment Maintenance Coordination
We support internationally coordinated annual maintenance programmes for veterinary hospital and rehabilitation equipment. These programmes are intended to promote equipment reliability, patient and operator safety, service continuity, documentation quality and responsible lifecycle management.
Maintenance arrangements are developed according to equipment type, manufacturer recommendations, utilisation, risk classification, local regulations, warranty conditions and the availability of authorised technical personnel.
Potential programme components may include:
- Equipment-register development
- Asset identification and classification
- Manufacturer-documentation review
- Risk-based maintenance scheduling
- Planned preventive maintenance coordination
- Inspection and functional-testing coordination
- Calibration coordination
- Electrical-safety testing coordination
- Software and firmware review, where applicable
- Consumable and spare-parts planning
- Service-history documentation
- Breakdown and corrective-maintenance coordination
- Equipment downtime tracking
- Warranty and service-contract monitoring
- Obsolescence and replacement planning
- Annual equipment-condition reporting
- User training and safe-use reinforcement
Where work requires authorised manufacturers, biomedical engineers, calibration laboratories, qualified electrical-safety personnel, locally licensed technicians or specialist service providers, our role is maintenance coordination.
Maintenance, calibration, validation and repair activities that require manufacturer authorisation, specialist certification or local regulatory approval must be undertaken by suitably qualified and authorised service providers. Programme availability is subject to equipment type, manufacturer support, jurisdiction and an agreed service scope.
