Preparing for your visit
General guidance for visits once our facilities open. Location-specific arrival instructions will be available closer to opening. This guidance does not replace advice from a veterinarian.
- Bring identification and any medical records you have.
- Bring details of current medication, including names and how often they are given.
- Bring vaccination and previous diagnostic records when available.
- Use a secure carrier, lead or other suitable restraint for companion animals.
- Contact the hospital before transporting horses or farm animals.
- Working K9 handlers should bring relevant medical and service documentation.
- Tell staff in advance about any behavioural, mobility, infection-control or accessibility concerns.
